Covered in dark chocolate ganache and ground roasted hazelnuts.
A perfect blend betweem the bitter premium dark chocolate and sweet and  nutty hazelnut praline.
 
PS: We bake small batches. Every order consists of 1 small cake, about 250g.
It can stay covered in the fridge for 3-4 days after the delivery date.
