Cakes can be stored in an airtight container or wrapped in cling film at room temperature for up to 4 days. If you plan to keep them longer, our cakes can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 8 days and can be reheated when you're ready to indulge. To enjoy, preheat your oven to 170 degrees Celsius, place the cake or slice on a baking sheet, and heat for 5-7 minutes until warm. *Fresh fruit and vegetable cakes/ cookies may be consumed at room temperature within 3 days and if refrigerated may be consumed within 5 days. **Friendly Tip: Never store your cookies in the refrigerator or use a microwave to reheat them! Both will lead to hard, dried out cookies, which is no fun for anyone.

Our products are handcrafted using equipment that processes dairy, wheat, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. Our flourless bakes are a good match for someone with gluten sensitivity, but we would like to emphasize that we are not an allergy free bakery, and our products are not certified gluten-free.
