HOW CAN I GET MY BAKES?

Getting your hands on our fresh bakes is easy!

Head over to our webstore, pick your favorite treats, choose the amount you want, and select a delivery day that works for you.

All our cookies, biscuits, and cakes are sold in batches to ensure you get the freshest possible experience.

Since everything is made-to-order to let the flavors develop perfectly, we kindly ask that you place your order at least 24 hours before your desired delivery date.

 

WHEN YOU DELIVER?

We bring our bakes to your door three days a week:​

  • Thursday: 11:00 - 18:00

  • Friday: 10:00 - 18:00

We currently deliver through our bike service in Amsterdam West, East, and Center. If you’re outside these areas, get in touch via our website, and we’ll do our best to get our treats to you. Don’t worry—our delivery service is expanding soon!

​At Soul Bakes, we take great care in crafting every bake with love. Our products are made in a kitchen that handles dairy, wheat, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, trace allergens may still be present. If you have severe allergies, please keep this in mind when ordering. Your safety is important to us!

KEEP YOUR BAKES FRESH

Want to keep your treats fresh and delicious for longer? Here’s how:

  • Cookies & Biscuits: Store in an airtight container—cookies stay fresh for up to 5 days, while biscuits can last up to 7 days. Need a stylish storage option? Check out our airtight bamboo jars [here].

  • Cakes: Keep your cakes wrapped in cling film or in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days. If you need more time, refrigerate them for up to 8 days. When you’re ready to indulge, simply reheat at 170°C for 5-7 minutes, and enjoy that fresh-from-the-oven warmth.

  • Fresh Fruit & Veggie Bakes: These goodies are best enjoyed within 3 days at room temperature, or up to 5 days if refrigerated.

Friendly Tip: Avoid storing your cookies in the fridge or reheating them in the microwave—it’ll make them dry and hard. And let’s be honest, no one wants that!
