I’m Andreas—founder, baker, and the heart behind this online micro-bakery. My love for baking started in my grandmother’s kitchen, where the comforting scent of fresh-baked treats filled the air. From those childhood days to exploring local bakeries in my hometown, I discovered the endless possibilities of flavours and textures that baking has to offer.

Inspired by those memories—and driven by a deep care for the environment—I set out to create something special: a bakery that delivers high-quality, fresh goods while keeping sustainability at its core. At Soul Bakes every recipe is crafted with a scientific approach to develop deep, satisfying flavours, while our eco-friendly practices keep our footprint light. We bake-to-order, ensuring the freshest treats and no food waste, all packaged in recyclable materials.
